Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking details.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer reliable shipping across South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the following flat rates:

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): R100.00

Express Shipping (1-2 business days): R150.00

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over R800.00.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Missing or Delayed Packages If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
